WAYS TO PRMOTE CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK

Feedback should be given daily if not weekly. Instructors should practice delivering feedback promptly to students to ensure that they are aware of their progress and or weaknesses. It is essential that the feedback is concise on the difference between unsatisfactory and exceptional performance. Feedback should provide guidance and strategies for students to improve completed work. Our Christian ethic of care supports presenting feedback respectfully by showing empathy in the manner it is delivered.
